Shouldn't have pressed your luck
Remember this guy? He got away with disobeying a lawful order from the Border Patrol once and decided to try it again. It looks like he ran into the wrong agent this time and they yanked him out of the car by his ears.
Check out the video below.
I love how he demanded that the police bring the dog back because he said it never alerted. Sure. We will just let you run the show buddy.

21 bits of radio chatter:
#1 they did not "yanked him out of the car by his ears"
#2 they did not find any illegal items, so the dog did not hit
#3 they lied
#4 the only "show" that will be "run" will be in court when his lawyer defends his rights
#5 the state will have to pay for damages
#6 no more illegal searches 150 mi from the border
#7 30 million illegals in the US- doesn't sound like good detective work from our public servants
Kind of wish the cops had given him a beating! Idiot deserved far more than being arrested!
It sounded like the douche got tased at the end? Anyway, the biggest joke of all is this guy is supposed to be a pastor, yet he is flagrantly disobeying Romans 13 which states to obey the authorities that God has placed over you, and to pray for them. If you don't believe me, check it out. http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=romans%2013 I as a christian am ashamed of this guy's behavior, and I hope this puts a end to it.
Let him come to Chicago,he will get more than a Taser zap.No video either.
May God have mercy on this idiots soul!
Since God put police officers in the position to watch over us all... I'm assuming He's not real happy with way that 'pastor' treated His men.

So what did the cops find in the car?
Legally, the cops don't need to find anything in the car. If they are tipped off by a police dog that it has smelled something in the car, that's all they need to gain entrance.
Disobeying a direct order from a uniformed officer... Just screaming out "Taze me, bro!" in my opinion... And he has a congregation that he can brainwash into thinking that the authorities are beating him senseless for no reason.
Could you charge this guy as a terrorist for attempting to turn US citizens against their own countries authorities?
I'm w/ Chris on this one...
He already got ONE "free-pass"...
The NEXT time you get caught, you DESERVE a "tune-up".
You can't fix stupid.
First anonymous is an idiot. Of course it makes *perfect* sense to go provoke the people saddled with the incredibly difficult job of protecting his clueless ass. (sarcasm generator now in off mode) And, to top it off, these idiots will be the first ones to scream bloody murder when some dirtbag does cross the border and blow up a shopping mall or something. The "pastor" needs to tend to his flock and stop drawing fire on purpose.
I loved the music at the end. It had me rolling!
His cries of pain were like sweet music to my ears.
The injuries he sustained, while looking dramatic, where really rather minor. Cuts to the head (more than likely caused by broken glass) bleed profusely and swell a lot.
He was warned a number of times that he had to comply, then failed to do so, so why does he act suprised that he is then arrested for failing to comply?
The guy has a point, the check points 150 miles away from the border are wrong in my opinion. However hes a total dick for going about 'protesting" in this way.
They are cops trying to do their jobs, why waste their time and yours, show your damn ID and move along. Take up the issue of the checkpoints with the people that put them there not with the working stiffs manning them.
This guys about as much of a pastor as Ted Kennedy is a saint.
Too bad that BP guys don't have the new xrep taser shotgun rounds, them suckers HURT!
Officers Fired After Beating an Unconscious Suspect Caught on Tape
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dyi6kYlh-8
May 20, 2009
Five Birmingham police officers have been fired for a January 2008 beating of an already-unconscious suspect with fists, feet and a billy club, a battering caught on videotape until a police officer turned off the patrol car camera, city and police officials said today.
A quick question for anyone smarter than me: I understand that border patrol's standard for when they can lawfully search a vehicle is lower than, say, the city police department. (Reasonable suspicion rather than probable cause.)
My question is: would a disrespectful and obviously hostile attitude, such as the one Pastor Steve exhibits in all of his videos, constitute a basis for reasonable suspicion?
*sigh* another cop hater on the first post. BTW, Anonymous, the K9 can alert if the contraband was recently there, they still have PC to search. You're entitled to your opinion but if you're going to be vocal about it, at least learn the facts first.
That girly-man shriek was delightful.
To answer a question above - it would seem even the U.S. Supreme Court isn't sure when you can/should search a vehicle, as evidenced by their recent decision which conflicts with U.S. v. Carroll, Michigan v. Long and any number of other prior decisions. This is not the time or place for an in-depth discussion, though.
This guy's problem is he was simply trying to cause trouble. Heck, I'm not even sure the police dog hit on the car for drugs. I think even the dog realized this guy was a moronic d*ck and "alerted" just to make sure dude got what he was asking for.
Only thing funnier than the cop sense of humor is a cop-dog's sense of humor :)
"My question is: would a disrespectful and obviously hostile attitude, such as the one Pastor Steve exhibits in all of his videos, constitute a basis for reasonable suspicion?"
No, but when the dogs detect something amiss , and they did, it does.
Looks like the dumbass got what he was asking for.
The officer explained why he was under arrest (non-compliance) and he still refused to exit the vehicle.
Maybe after he loses in whatever civil action he was looking for, (the entire series of vids are just asking for him to get taken down so he can sue the city, state, county, officers, dog's and anyone or anything else he can name on paper), he will learn that nice gets nice and asshole gets treated as such.
I think that people are underestimating this pastor and his motives. You know how LEOs have tricks they use in their jobs? Like tricking someone into voluntary consent hmmm? And occasionally one of these situations turns into a court case which goes through extended appeals so that it can ultimately set a precedent.
Well, people who have different opinions from you on what should constitute reasonable suspicion or probable cause also have tricks, like this incident, to accomplish their goals using the same process you do. This pastor is clearly a model candidate for these purposes.
So, before you make comments about how much of an idiot he is and how he deserved what he got and so on, consider the possibility that you might not be so clever yourselves.
